Nina Goodheart (she/her) is a New York-based director and producer. Her company Good Apples Collective, co-founded with playwright Sophie McIntosh, was hailed in HowlRound as part of "the next great leap in theatre." Selected directing: benevolent, Road Kills, cunnicularii, and cityscrape by Sophie McIntosh (GAC); Monna Innominata by Harriet Steinke (Beth Morrison Projects); Wakeman by Jenn Grinels (TBD Theatricals reading), and before the flood by Emily Bice (Chain Theatre). Selected associate directing: Gabriel Byrne’s Walking with Ghosts on Broadway (resident director), Fiddler on the Roof starring Jason Alexander (La Mirada Theatre), and Mindplay by Vinny DePonto and Josh Koenigsberg (Arena Stage). She has had the pleasure of working with directors including Diane Paulus, Whitney White, Lonny Price, Lila Neugebauer, Andrew Neisler, Zack Winokur, and Stephen Wadsworth, as well as organizations including the ART, Roundabout, Lincoln Center, Second Stage, NYMF, and NYSAF.
