Nathaniel is a Pasadena-based composer and multi-instrumentalist. He has held residencies with the Lakeland Symphony, Boston Chamber Orchestra, Commonwealth Lyric Opera, and numerous other regional orchestras, as well as Cirque du Soleil’s Drawn to Life, where he performed as a musician and backup bandleader.

A recent transplant to the greater Los Angeles area, Nathaniel currently freelances and composes for local ensembles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bassoon Performance from The Boston Conservatory.

Outside of music, Nathaniel has over a decade of experience in permaculture. In 2021, he established and operated a sustainable gardening nursery called Ned’s Ed’s while living on the East Coast. He is also the creator of several WebToon series, some of which have inspired film scores that have been performed locally.
